New paid annual subscriptions begin with the trial period shown at checkout and require valid payment details. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Once the trial has ended and the annual subscription has begun, cancellation stops renewal but paid access continues until the end of the period already purchased.
Small Charity Access is available to registered charities in England and Wales whose average annual income is £50,000 or less, calculated from up to three recent Annual Returns filed with the Charity Commission. A return showing £0 income counts in the calculation. An overdue Annual Return or insufficient filed information may mean that Small Charity Access is unavailable.
We periodically reassess eligibility using Charity Commission records. If an organisation no longer qualifies, it may need to choose paid access to continue. Eligible organisations may choose a paid subscription instead and paid subscriptions are not automatically changed to Small Charity Access.

We do not share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
